Who I am
I’m Amanda Miklik! My website address is: https://amandamiklikcoaching.com.
What personal data I collect and why I collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on this site, I collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

We will collect (and may retain) any personally identifying information, such as your name, street address, email address, and phone number, and any other information you provide. We will use this information to try to fulfill your request and may use it provide you with additional information at a later time. We will not disclose such information to third parties, except as specified in this privacy policy.
If you request information, services, or assistance, we may disclose your personal information to those third parties that (in our judgment) are appropriate in order to fulfill your request. Cookies
Yum. Cookies. I’ll share my recipe if you’re nice, but the kind I’m talking about here live in the internet.
If you leave a comment on this site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, I will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, this site will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if you visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Analytics
I use Google Analytics to take a look at how people and robots are finding this site and to keep my content strategy skills sharp. I’m not spying on you – promise!
I use to collect information about use of this site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this site. I use the information I get from Google Analytics only to improve this site. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this site, rather than your name or other identifying information. I do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Although Google Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit this site, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to this site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use (as amended for government websites) and the Google Privacy Policy. You can prevent Google Analytics from recognizing you on return visits to this site by disabling cookies on your browser.
Who I share your data with
I will NEVER sell your email.
I may share your personal information to third-party contractors and service providers who assist me in delivering my products and services, fulfilling product orders, marketing my company and products, and operating my business. (This is the kind of thing that makes it easy for me to schedule appointments and handle money relatively painlessly.)
In the unlikely event it should happen, I will release account and other personal information when I believe release is required to comply with law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
How long I retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so I can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on this website (if any), I also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data I hold about you, including any data you have provided to me. You can also request that I erase any personal data I hold about you. This does not include any data I am obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where I send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Your contact information
I collect and hold your email address when you “opt-in” to my email list, order a product or service, or otherwise voluntarily provide me with your email address. I will use your email address in order to send information and services you have specifically requested and to notify you of new developments, products, services, trainings, events and occasional recommendations for individuals and organizations that I feel offer products or services that my customers/clients might find useful. You can unsubscribe at any time. If I send you an email, it will contain an opt-out link which you can click to have your name removed from my e-mail list.
If you supply me with additional contact information (postal address, telephone and cell phone numbers, etc.), you may receive periodic communications from me, such as mailings or phone calls, with information on new products and services or upcoming events or other notices that I think will be useful or valuable to my customers/clients.
If you do not wish to receive communications from me, or have a problem with your subscription, please let me know by emailing me at amandamiklikcoaching@gmail.com. Please provide me with your exact name, email address that you used to join the community, and telephone number so I can accurately process your request.
