Cancellations
I hold our time sacred. I don’t refund cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, but this also means you get the same treatment.
If I’m late due to an emergency (which is very rare) or need to cancel, I’ll let you know ASAP and we will work out a plan. Generally, this means I’ll give the option to refund you for the session entirely (without rescheduling) or reschedule the session and give you a 50% discount for a future session for your trouble.
Late policy
One of my specialties is working with folks who have ADHD and/or complicated, busy lives and I totally get it. Accountability is important, so I do what I can to make sure you are able to receive reminders and schedule/adjust appointment times at your convenience.
If you’re late for an appointment, I’ll wait 10 minutes. If you don’t log on/call or I don’t hear from you, I’ll close up shop and treat it as a late cancellation.
